Who Are You? Really…………..

Does the way you move through your daily life share the real you with the world or are you a master of disguise?    Do you ever allow your true self out?                              What keeps you from being who you really are?                    Is fear better than repression?                                        Neither has integrity.                                                            Are you ready to introduce the real you to the world?            Baby steps.

Free Yourself Of Family Judgement

Too many times the voices of those we love and respect have told us, we are not “working up to our ability”, are doing things we shouldn’t do, are not stopping to think, will never be anything, have let the family down, can’t sing, are no artist, are too tall, too fat, not attractive”, to name just a few!

Those are projections, someone else’s stuff They dumped on us.

DO NOT LET SOMEONE ELSE’S FEAR, CREATE YOUR LIFE! All those negative comments were passed on in moments of fear! They might be second and third generation negativity being passed on, from parent to parent…..

STOP THE CYCLE!

BE THE PERSON YOUR SOUL IS ASKING YOU TO BE!

HAVE THE COURAGE, FOR EVERYONE’S SAKE TO LIVE YOUR TRUTH!

SING, PAINT, LOVE YOUR BODY, LOVE YOUR MIND!

LOVE YOUR LIFE!

THE WORLD WILL BE A HAPPIER PLACE!

Crack Out of Your Shell

We are creatures of habit. Habitually, we think, eat, and perceive ourselves and others the same day after day. Wanting to change our life may even be a daily thought!

You deserve to live the life you desire!

Only you can feel joy in your heart, feel love within yourself and for others.

Like a baby bird change a bad habit , peck slowly and deliberately at your shell.

Soon you will find the old self in a pile on the floor!

The real you will be completely revealed!

Be The Change

2012 is upon us.                                                                                                              Leave unhealthy habits behind.                                                                                     Be the change you wish to see in the world!

Tis The Season To Share

If helping others is something you normally don’t have time for, now is the season to make time!  There are many people struggling to survive, some with and without children.

They are more than just “our homeless”, they have names and stories like the rest of us. If you are blessed with having all you need, open your hearts and your pockets. Share with your neighbors.

“Owning Our Stuff”

I remember an old saying, you made your bed, now lie in it!  The term  I am using today is owning your stuff!  If you made a bad choice, you made a bad choice… you learned a lesson……………right?

If you made a bad business deal, you learned, if you made a mistake  having a relationship with someone, don’t run away talk to them. It may require more energy leaving a relationship correctly, or more time paying back a bad debt than running away from it…….. but the rewards are far greater. You will have peace in your soul.

That my friend is worth more money and any superficial relationship you will ever have!

Here’s to being happy and free the right way… own your stuff!

Observing

Become an observer of yourself and others in your daily interactions with family, friends and strangers. Rather than becoming judgmental, just notice . What challenges do you observe, by the choices they have chosen in their life? How do they live with those choices? What challenges have you created in your life? How are you living with them? Are you ready to change your life?

Holiday Patience

As we begin the season of multi tasking, over thinking and over worrying about the holidays to come…………….. try observing you words and actions!

What are you planning that can’t wait while you drive, or are shopping in a store or spending time with your family?

Make time to de-stress, be kind to those you love and those you don’t know. Spend time with your pets. Act don’t re-act! If you find yourself out of patience, back off and take some chill time.  This is suppose to be fun, remember?

This is the season (as all seasons should be) to be filled with gratitude and joy.

Go slow, be kind to everyone, especially yourself! And have fun!

Words

Words of Wisdom:

It is not what you say, it is how you say it!

Choose your words wisely when speaking to someone.

Don’t react with hurtful words, take time to cool down then act.
